Insurance Included
All rentals include general liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Time Management
All setup and breakdown must be completed within your reserved rental window. Additional time may incur added fees. Renters are responsible for leaving the studio clean and ready for the next guest.

Equipment & Parking
Equipment and props may be dropped off or picked up at the loading dock during your rental period. However, parking in the loading area is limited to 15 minutes. For longer stays, please use the main front parking lot or the upper church lot. Long-term parking in the loading area is strictly prohibited.

By booking, you agree to our studio rules and authorize a $75 fee if:

• The door is left unlocked

• You exceed your rental time

• You exceed the occupancy limit

• The studio is left dirty or damaged

No Refunds
All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued.

Credit Policy
Cancellations receive a studio credit (equal to the rental fee) valid for 12 months.

Rescheduling
To reschedule, email studio@attollocreative.com at least 48 hours in advance. A $35 rescheduling fee applies.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations
No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking.
